We often forget the importance of developing ourselves, while developing others. At Lifetrek we understand that the life of an HR or OD professional can often be lonely, when you’re initiating major change projects on your own or as part of a small team.

What our networks include

Under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, this 12-month programme includes face to face events, topical webinars and a private online network for sharing challenges, interventions and resources.

Network members are matched to those with similar background and levels of experience. Your development year starts with an in-depth organisation and personal assessment.

Face to face sessions are held at Longview in Wiltshire. With an apple orchard and country views, it’s the perfect place to take a step back and take time to explore.
