About Gil Schwenk
Gil has extensive experience as a coach, consultant and organisation development (OD) professional. He has worked in-house and externally with large multinationals, SMEs, not-for-profits and public-sector organisations.
Gil has facilitated leadership development programmes with participants from hundreds of companies from over 70 countries including Barclays, Deutsche Bank, EY, Goldman Sachs, Kuwait Petroleum, NFU Mutual, Nokia, PMI, Prudential, Randstad and Unilever. He has also worked extensively with the NHS, UK central government and local authorities.
Gil worked with PHH Europe and Orange for over 12 years’ as Training Development/OD manager. Since 2000, he has been an executive coach and leadership development facilitator with Clutterbuck Associates, London Business School and Bath Consultancy Group.
Now, Gil is working closer to home – enabling individuals and teams along the M4 corridor to make a difference in their world.
